When I was a young girl I was always fascinated with the human body, so it goes without saying that I dreamt of becoming either a nurse or a doctor when I grew up... well lucky for you, that never happened. Instead I became a massage therapist and personal trainer.

I was always a very active and athletic child. I loved anything that had me moving and using my body in various ways. Swimming quickly became one of my strengths, which lead me into a 15 year career in the recreation field. During that time, I became a group exercise instructor and fell even more in love with fitness & health. I found myself seeking out every opportunity I could to learn and do more to help benefit people's health; so when a friend suggested I take massage therapy, I thought "Sure, why not"....... I never would have guessed that that suggestion would lead me into such a fulfilling career, that I'm passionate about and love.

In the year 2000, I graduated from my first massage therapy program. While studying massage, we would often look at bodybuilding magazines to learn and analyze the musculature. I quickly became amazed by the bodies’ capability to morph and adapt into these well-developed specimens, and set a goal for myself of one day seeing what my body was capable of. In 2004, I competed in my very first bodybuilding competition. Immediately a passion was ignited in me like nothing I had ever experienced and it forever changed the way I approached the human body.

Over the years I have worked continuously to expand my knowledge and understanding of how to build, maintain and heal the body. I believe that knowledge & passion are the key to providing my clients with quality care and improved health. I am committed to helping others who demonstrate a commitment to their health and wellbeing. Together, I believe we can work to overcome obstacles and sustain healthy bodies & lifestyles well into our "old age".
